Elizabeth Brodie David

Elizabeth is a Director in the New York office of Samvid Ventures. At SV, she leads investments, partnerships, and programs in social enterprise and the graduate school fellowship, Samvid Scholars.  Earlier in her career, she was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase; a‭‬ consultant at McKinsey‭ ‬&‭ ‬Company‭; and served in a number of non-profit organizations, including Pursuit, MBAs Across America, the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism‭, and Teach For All‭. ‬During a brief stint in law‭, ‬she‭ ‬worked at Wachtell‭, ‬Lipton‭, ‬Rosen‭ ‬&‭ ‬Katz and for Judge Richard J‭. ‬Sullivan of the Southern District of New York‭.‬

Elizabeth earned her AB in in History at Harvard University summa cum laude‭, ‬Phi Beta Kappa and a JD from Yale Law School‭. ‬In addition to OppNet‭, ‬she serves on the board of The Bloomingdale Family Program, an early childhood education program that served as one of the original models for Head Start.
