Director of People and Culture
The Director of People and Culture will lead OppNet’s people operations, shaping the policies, practices, and workplace culture that enable staff to thrive and the organization to fulfill its mission. As OppNet’s senior HR practitioner, the Director will oversee day-to-day people operations, support and develop managers, guide staff through organizational change, and strengthen the systems and practices that support an effective, equitable, and values-driven workplace. The Director will also supervise the Senior Coordinator of People and Culture.
With a new CEO expected to join in early 2027, the Director will also help support a smooth leadership transition, including welcoming and integrating the incoming CEO with staff. This work will build on the Director’s broader responsibility to foster continuity, navigate change, and ensure that OppNet’s people practices and culture continue to support the organization’s mission and long-term success.
