Nneka Norville is Global Senior Director and Diversity & Inclusion Communications Lead at Nike. Before Nike, Nneka led HR, Culture, Legal and D&I communications at Facebook. Prior to Facebook, she was the Senior Director of Public Affairs at BET Networks, a unit of ViacomCBS Inc. Nneka also worked at The Kaiser Family Foundation as a Program Officer in the Strategic Media Partnerships division and started her career at strategic communications firm Robinson, Lerer and Montgomery (RLM), working with clients such as Scholastic, The New Yorker, AOL, and the Special Olympics, before practicing corporate law at a boutique firm in New York City.
Nneka is a member of Civic Nation’s Creative Alliance, a judge in The Real Time Academy for the annual Shorty Awards and co-founder of More Than Esquires Network. She has a BS from Boston University, an MPA from Bernard M. Baruch School of Public Affairs, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Nneka joined OppNet’s Board of Directors in 2018.
