As Senior Director of Development at The Opportunity Network, Jonelle leads the strategy and execution of the organization’s institutional fundraising efforts. With a sharp focus on growth and sustainability, Jonelle manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio of foundation and corporate partners, crafting strategic development plans that power OppNet’s annual revenue goals and long-term impact.

Jonelle cultivates and expands high-value philanthropic partnerships, ensures rigorous compliance with grant and restricted giving agreements, and leads the development of streamlined systems that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Institutional Giving team.

Working in close collaboration with OppNet’s executive leadership, finance, and program teams, Jonelle crafts compelling, data-driven cases for support that are aligned with the organization’s vision and programming. Her work is grounded in thoughtful analysis, financial rigor, and a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape.
