Saba Naseem

As Associate Director of Development at The Opportunity Network, Saba plays a key leadership role in advancing the organization’s fundraising strategy. She manages a robust portfolio of institutional funders, soliciting six- and seven-figure gifts toward OppNet’s annual revenue goals. Saba oversees the development of high-impact proposals and reports, collaborates cross-functionally to align fundraising goals with programmatic priorities, and contributes to long-term development planning that supports OppNet’s mission and growth.

Prior to joining OppNet, Saba brought her commitment to equity and storytelling to a range of roles. She worked on the editorial team at Smithsonian Magazine, taught English in Turkey through the Fulbright Program, and served as the Assistant Director of Sapna NYC, a community-based organization serving South Asian immigrant women. Saba holds a B.A. from the University of Arkansas and an M.A. from New York University.
