Michael Falletti is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in frontline fundraising, major gifts, grant-seeking, and board management. As Managing Director of Development at OppNet, Michael leads a dynamic team across Corporate Engagement, Development Operations, and Communications.

With a proven track record of securing substantial gifts and grants from diverse sources, Michael has also excelled in training and managing high-performing teams. His innovative approach and exceptional communication skills have been instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and enhancing organizational revenue.

Previously, Michael held key roles at New Leaders, where he led efforts to establish sustainable corporate partnerships and raised millions in funding. His commitment to equity and community-centric principles has been a driving force throughout his career.

Michael holds an M.A. in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University and a B.F.A. in Art History from Savannah College of Art and Design.
