Michael MacDougall is a veteran private equity investor with over 25 years of experience. For more than 20 years, Michael was a senior partner of TPG, a leading global alternative asset management firm. He opened the TPG’s New York office and was a long-standing member of the firm’s global private equity Investment Committee, which oversaw the firm’s investments across all business sectors. Prior to joining TPG, Michael was a vice president in the Principal Investment Area of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on private equity investments. Michael also served as an assistant brand manager for The Procter & Gamble Co., where he focused on new product development and marketing for large-scale consumer brands. Michael is a member of the Baylor College of Medicine Board of Trustees, the University of Texas Development Board and the Campaign Cabinet of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He received his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
