Bedilia is originally from the California Bay Area and has called Brooklyn home since 2015. As a first-generation college student, Bedilia is dedicated to guiding young adults as they build confidence and clarity about who they are and where they’re headed. She considers herself a connector and relationship builder, connecting people to opportunities, resources, and one another. She was previously a recruitment manager with Management Leadership for Tomorrow,recruiting rising college sophomores across New York and New York and interacting with students at career fairs, onsite and virtual workshops. Her background includes providing career services to college students, recruiting with NYC Tech Talent Pipeline and Google, and coaching adult learners at Skillcrush seeking entry-level tech roles. She holds a M.A. in Communication Studies from San José State University and B.A. in Anthropology from UC Berkeley.
