Operations Manager
The Opportunity Network seeks a collaborative and mission-aligned individual to support our Operations Team as a Manager. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will work in tandem with the team's Coordinator to ensure effective on-site, virtual, and occasionally off-site program operations so that we can best serve our Fellows, Alumni, and partners. The Operations Manager provides essential cross-functional support in growing the efficiency of OppNet's existing organizational processes and procedures, and in building systems to boost internal capacity. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who takes initiative and pride in building strong infrastructure, supporting teams, and contributing to a values-driven mission.
