URSULA BURNS
Founding Partner, Integrum | Chairwoman, Teneo
Ursula Burns has extensive international experience in leading large companies that are facing technology sea changes within their industries.
Burns served as Chairwoman of the Board of Xerox Corporation from 2010 to 2017 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2016, after being appointed President in 2007. Burns joined Xerox as a summer intern in 1980 and held leadership roles spanning corporate services, manufacturing, and product development. As CEO, she led Xerox’s transformation from a global leader in document technology to a diversified business services company serving enterprises and governments worldwide. Shortly after becoming CEO in 2009, she spearheaded Xerox’s largest acquisition—the $6.4 billion purchase of Affiliated Computer Services.
In 2016, Burns oversaw Xerox’s successful separation into two independent, publicly traded companies: Xerox Corporation, focused on document technology and outsourcing, and Conduent Incorporated, a business process services company. After retiring from Xerox, Burns was appointed Chairwoman of VEON, Ltd. in 2017. She later served as both Chairwoman and CEO from December 2018 to June 2020, guiding the company through critical compliance and restructuring initiatives.
Burns has extensive experience serving on public company boards, including past roles at Nestlé, American Express, Exxon, Waystar, and Endeavor. She is a Founding Partner of Integrum Holdings LP, a private equity firm, and serves as Non-Executive Chairwoman of Teneo Holdings LLC, a global consulting and advisory firm. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Uber Technologies Inc., Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited, and IHS Holding Limited. In addition, Burns serves on several private company boards and provides leadership counsel to prominent community, educational, and non-profit organizations, including the Ford Foundation, the Mayo Clinic, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Corporation, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Appointed by U.S. President Barack Obama, Burns led the White House’s national STEM program from 2009 to 2016 and served as Chair of the President’s Export Council from 2015 to 2016, following her tenure as Vice Chair from 2010 to 2015. She served on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Advisory Council on Supply Chain Competitiveness as Vice Chair from 2022 to 2024.
Burns holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University. She is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and the G7 Gender Equality Advisory Council.
Her memoir, "Where You Are Is Not Who You Are," was published in June 2021.

ASAHI POMPEY
Global Head of Corporate Engagement, President, Goldman Sachs Foundation | Chair of the Urban Investment Group, Goldman Sachs
Asahi Pompey has built a 20-year career at Goldman Sachs, where she is the Global Head of the Office of Corporate Engagement and Chair of the Urban Investment Group. Collectively, OCE and UIG have deployed over $27 billion in community development investing and philanthropic giving. As president of both the Goldman Sachs Foundation and Goldman Sachs Gives, Asahi leads the firm’s signature initiatives, including 10,000 Small Businesses, 10,000 Women, One Million Black Women, and Community TeamWorks. Asahi is a member of the Management Committee of Goldman Sachs and serves as Global Sponsor of the Women’s Network. Previously, Asahi was Co-Chief Compliance Officer of Goldman Sachs & Co and Global Head of Investment Banking Division Compliance. Before Goldman Sachs, she was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Asahi’s work has earned her a number of distinguished honors, including recognition as one of CNBC’s 2026 Changemakers: Women Transforming Business, ForbesBLK 50: Power, Wealth, and Impact, and Crain’s New York Business Notable Black Leaders and Executives.
A sought-after leader, Asahi has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, CNN, BBC, and Bloomberg. She has spoken at the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Milken Institute Global Conference, The Atlantic Festival, and Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit.
Asahi serves on the Advisory Board of Glamour Women of the Year and the board of the Brooklyn Museum, the Perelman Performing Arts Center, Swarthmore College, and The Loomis Chaffee School. She is a graduate of Swarthmore College and Columbia Law School.
She lives on the Upper West Side with her two sons.

SOLEDAD O'BRIEN
Founder & CEO, Soledad O'Brien Productions
Soledad O’Brien is an award-winning journalist, philanthropist, and founder of Soledad O’Brien Productions, a media production company dedicated to telling empowering and authentic stories on a range of social issues. In 2026, Soledad and SO’B produced the Oscar nominated HBO documentary short "The Devil Is Busy,” the official selection at 14 film festivals, winning 3 audience awards. She was Executive Producer of the Oscar and BAFTA nominated documentary feature film "The Perfect Neighbor," which earned the Best Director award at Sundance, debuted as the number one–streamed documentary on Netflix and won 5 Critics Choice Awards and the Cinema Eye. SO’B has also produced The Rebellious Life of Rosa Parks for Peacock, Black and Missing for HBO, and many other films. O’Brien’s reporting work gained her admission to the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame, and won her ten Emmys, three George Foster Peabody Awards, the Alfred I Dupont Award, and many others. She anchored and produced "Matter of Fact with Soledad O'Brien," a national Hearst political magazine, was a founding anchor at MSNBC, anchored at NBC’s “Weekend Today,” anchored CNN’s morning show for more than a decade, as well as its documentary films In America unit and was a correspondent for HBO RealSports.
Soledad has a national impact through her podcasts, social media, speeches, and books, including her critically acclaimed memoir “The Next Big Story,” and her 1.4 million followers on social media. She has given Congressional testimony on media disinformation.
Her passion for supporting young people is realized by way of her foundation, PowHERful, which has helped dozens of young women get to and through college. Soledad lives between New York City and West Palm Beach with her husband Brad, and her four children.
