We are an institution that lives our values out loud. We were founded on the basis of unequivocal humanity and the sanctity of human life. While our work is focused here in the United States, we are global citizens through our connections and our communities. And our community is in pain.

We deeply abhor acts of war and violence that heedlessly take innocent lives - Israeli and Palestinian.
We resolutely stand against conflict where children become collateral, their futures stolen and extinguished.
In dark times, we look to voices of reason and sources of light. Right now, we hold tight to the words of Malala Yousafzai:
