Adriana Salazar is Senior Vice President Business Development at Otis Elevator Co. Previously, she was a Managing Director at both TD Cowen and Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business. Adriana has advised companies across a variety of industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, activism defense, cross-border transactions, reorganization and restructuring. Notable transactions include advising ContourGlobal on its acquisition of Mexican cogeneration plant portfolio from Alpek; Straight Path Communications on its sale to Verizon; 3i on its acquisition of Smarte Carte; Harris Corporation on its sale of CapRock Communications to SpeedCast International; J.F. Lehman on the sale of Drew Marine and ACR to The Jordan Company; and R. L. Polk on its sale to IHS. Adriana has also held positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Adriana holds a BA in History and Spanish with honors from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
