Adriana Salazar is a Managing Director at TD Cowen. Previously, she was a Managing Director in Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business. Adriana has advised companies across a variety of industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, activism defense, cross-border transactions, reorganization and restructuring. Notable transactions include advising ContourGlobal on its acquisition of Mexican cogeneration plant portfolio from Alpek; Straight Path Communications on its sale to Verizon; 3i on its acquisition of Smarte Carte; Harris Corporation on its sale of CapRock Communications to SpeedCast International; J.F. Lehman on the sale of Drew Marine and ACR to The Jordan Company; and R. L. Polk on its sale to IHS. Adriana has also held positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Adriana holds an BA in History and Spanish with honors from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
