Agatha is a Principal and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on the Business Services Platform focused on People Strategy, Corporate & Investment Practices, and Community Impact across the Blue Owl portfolio. Prior to joining Blue Owl, Agatha was a Senior Recruiter within Neuberger Berman’s Human Capital Management division. Prior to that, Agatha was a Managing Consultant in the Legal Recruitment Practice at Michael Page International and worked in recruiting at Goldman Sachs. Agatha received her JD from Pace University School of Law and holds a BA in Politics from New York University.
