2012 OppNet Alum
Amanda Yepez is a 2012 OppNet Alum. She earned her BA in Sociology from Tufts University. After graduation, Amanda returned to her home of East Harlem to work as an alumna-on-staff at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI), a sports-based youth development non-profit and charter school. At DREAM, she spent six years in Human Resources focusing on the staff life cycle ranging from recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, learning and development and general talent management of and for full-time staff, part-time staff and interns. Currently, she works at NBCUniversal as a Talent Development Specialist, focusing on internal staff learning & development at the company. Amanda previously served on OppNet’s Alumni Leadership Council, and is excited to return and serve once again.
