Ashley Falzone

As Manager of Internships and Career Success, Ashley collaborates with the OppNet Fellows Team to expand Fellows' access to internship and enrichment options while also delivering them culturally competent career readiness programming. Ashley joined OppNet with over 4 years of experience working to expand career and post-secondary options to students at Comprehensive Youth Development, or CYD. During her tenure at CYD, she built up awareness and exposure to career options for graduating students to develop sustainable postsecondary plans and built up new employment and internship partnerships. Ashley was also a key partner for the workforce development team on the Transfer to Collaborative Project in partnership with New Visions for Public Schools, Jobs First, and Innovations Diploma Plus HS, which was created to strengthen the school to career transition pipeline. Ashley received her MS in School Counseling from Long Island University and her BA in Psychology from St. John's University.
