Brittny is Financial Controller at TrialSpark. Previously, she was a Senior Manager at Deloitte based out of the New York office. She has spent over ten years leading global teams to help business leaders in fortune 500 and emerging growth companies navigate complex operational, finance, and accounting transactions. Brittny has significant experience in annual and quarterly SEC filings as well as other filings related to initial public offerings, acquisitions, spinoffs, and private and public debt offerings. Brittny also worked for the Deloitte US Chief Executive Officer on special projects related to strategy, talent, and corporate citizenship initiatives.
Brittny received a BS in Accounting from the University of Arizona and is a certified public accountant licensed in California and New York.
