Charlotte Karol

As Senior Manager of Internships & Career Success, Charlotte supports internship partner cultivation and management, data collection and evaluation, and liaises with the Partnerships team on Opportunity Ignited's capacity building program. Charlotte joins OppNet with eight years experience in youth development, including five years of nonprofit experience, driven by her passion for supporting adolescents. Originally from Boston, she relocated to NYC to join GO Project in 2017, where she oversaw volunteer programming, high school internship, student teaching and junior staff training,  She holds a Bachelors of Social Work from Marist College and a Masters of Social Work from Boston University.
