Colin Graham leads Spencer Stuart’s Global Industrial Practice. As a core member of the firm’s CEO, Board, and Private Equity practices, Colin’s primary focus is leading CEO and board succession mandates for both public and private equity-backed companies, ranging from the Fortune 100 to the middle market. Colin is a recipient of Spencer Stuart’s prestigious Lou Rieger Quality Award for distinctive client service.
He has diverse experience across the industrials ecosystem that includes aerospace and defense, automotive and capital equipment with a particular focus on diversified manufacturing, engineered products and digital solutions, industrial technology and automation. For nearly 25 years, Colin has advised hundreds of leading management teams on their most complex executive talent agendas, leveraging leadership assessment and development programs involving CEOs and their direct reports.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Colin was a managing director at a board advisory and executive search firm, leading its industrial technology practice and helping lead the firm’s CEO and private equity practices.

Colin earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Plymouth State University. He remains involved with the university; he has endowed a leadership scholarship for the College of Business Administration and serves as a mentor to the scholarship recipients. Colin joined OppNet’s Board of Directors in 2024.
