Danielle Lee brings over 25 years of experience in brand building, product innovation, and business leadership across technology, media, and entertainment. Known for her strategic thinking, operational excellence, and integrity, she has held pivotal roles at top global organizations.
As President of Artist & Fan Experiences at Warner Music Group, Danielle oversaw global ecommerce, licensing, tours, and retail. At the National Basketball Association, she led critical initiatives, including reimagining the fan experience during the pandemic, developing the league’s $100M social justice platform, and creating a direct-to-consumer strategy. At Spotify, Danielle built a 120+ person global marketing team, took the company public in 2018, and earned Cannes Lions’ Media Brand of the Year recognition.
Danielle serves on the Board of Bath & Body Works Inc. and previously helped spin off Victoria’s Secret and Pink. She also serves on the Board of Applause, focusing on global expansion, M&A, and leadership. She holds degrees from Columbia University and Columbia Business School and completed Harvard’s Corporate Board Governance program.
