Dawn is a Principal in the Tactical Opportunities group at Blackstone. Previously, she was Vice President in the Tech & Telco team at Apax Partners where she participated in a number of key deals, including Exact and Aptos, where she serves on the board. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Dawn was a member of the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs & Co.
Dawn holds a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
