Development Manager

As Development Manager at The Opportunity Network, Diana drives fundraising strategy and donor engagement to steward the organization’s multimillion-dollar institutional giving portfolio. With a robust background in grant writing, donor relations, and project management, Diana plays a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with funders and securing multi-year grants that further OppNet’s mission and growth. She leads the development of compelling grant proposals and reports, identifies and evaluates new funding prospects, and collaborates across teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve annual revenue targets. Diana brings creativity, diligent analysis, and a profound commitment to community-centric, sustainable change to every facet of her work.

Prior to joining OppNet, Diana held development positions at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and RWJBarnabas Health, where she supported high-impact fundraising campaigns, coordinated and executed special events, and managed cross-functional projects to streamline donor data management systems. Diana holds a B.A. in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
