Elizabeth is the Senior Vice President of Talent and Culture at America Airlines. Before joining American Airlines, she was an adjunct professor at New York University.
Born and raised in Argentina, Elizabeth earned her master's degree in Educational Sciences and her Educational Sciences Professor Certification from the University of Buenos Aires. Elizabeth is a Senior HR Advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors of Resolution Life, a reinsurance company based in London and the U.S.
Elizabeth led Equity and Impact at Spotify (2021-2024), where she was responsible for Social Impact, Sustainability & Climate Action and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. Before Spotify, Elizabeth was Amazon’s Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to this, Elizabeth held roles within Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Talent Management, and as a Human Resources leader at MetLife, Marsh, and Citigroup. She has a broad array of experiences in managing global and regional organizations, working extensively in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.
Elizabeth is committed to her work in nonprofit organizations that support access to developmental opportunities for young, underserved talent and teenagers at risk, as a board member of The Opportunity Network, A Fair Shake for Youth, and Women’s Forum of NY (Nominating Committee). In 2022, Elizabeth joined The Coca-Cola Company Equity Accountability Council. In 2014, she was named one of the Top Champions of Diversity by Diversity Global and recognized as one of the 2014 Hispanic Business 50 Influentials by Hispanic Business. Elizabeth was honored in 2016 by El Museo del Barrio in New York City for Excellence in Philanthropy. In 2018, Crain’s New York included Elizabeth in its Notable Women in Finance list. In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Latino Leaders Magazine included her in the Top 100 Latinas list, and in 2022, Elizabeth was inducted into Bloomberg Línea's inaugural list “Los 100 Latinos más influyentes”. Elizabeth joined the OppNet Board of Directors in 2012.
