Erik currently serves as EVP of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Prior to his role with Sony, Erik was EVP and President of Corporate Development, New Ventures & Investments for Time Inc., overseeing Time Inc. International, and M&A and Strategic Planning. Before Time, Erik served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Fox Networks Group, where he identified new business and strategic opportunities and worked on the company’s acquisitions and joint ventures. Previously, he was the Director of Corporate Development at eBay Inc. and Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Level 3 Communications Ltd., a global wholesale telecommunications company.
Erik has a BS from Wharton and currently serves as Board Overseer at the School of Social Policy & Practice at the University of Pennsylvania, a Trustee of Strada Education Network, an Indianapolis-based nonprofit, and a Board Member at CoachArt, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit. He joined the OppNet Board of Directors in 2017.
