James serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of JR Cap LLC, a New York-based investment firm. James represents RIT Capital Partners in the United States and serves on its International Advisory Committee. Previously, he served as a Partner at Lepe Partners LLP and as a Partner and Vice President at Monument Capital Group Holdings LLC.
James serves as a Trustee of Yad Hanadiv (The Rothschild Foundation), The Biological Trust and currently sits on the Steering Committee of the Jacobs Technion‑Cornell Innovation Institute at New York’s Cornell Tech.
