Joy Booker

Joy is the Managing Director, Head of U.S. Public Client Relations at PineBridge Investments, a private, global asset manager focused on active, high-conviction investing. At PineBridge, she leads client interaction, new business implementation, and service delivery for North America institutional clients including public and corporate pension plans, endowments, and foundations. Prior to PineBridge, she served as a Principal at Mercer, a Vice President at Madison Square Investors and an Assistant Vice President at The New York Life Insurance Company. Joy began her career as a Strategy Consultant with Deloitte Consulting and Price Waterhouse.

Joy previously served terms as Board Member, President and Vice-President of the Executive Leadership Council’s affiliate group, CALIBR and is a Network Journal “40 Under Forty” career achievement honoree. Joy earned a BS in Computer Science from Binghamton University and an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. Joy has been a member of OppNet’s Board of Directors since 2019.
