Justin Barker

As Assistant Director of College Success, Justin delivers programming and provides in-person and virtual support that helps OppNet’s College Fellows thrive. Justin previously worked in various departments in higher education for over ten years, including orientation, residence life, admissions, family programming, and college access. Through his work, he’s deepened his passion for helping the next generation and employees succeed and tap into their full potential. Justin has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an M.Ed. in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Western Carolina University.
