Lauren Downing

As Director of Corporate Engagement, Lauren leads strategies to expand and diversify OppNet's pipeline of potential corporate supporters and Corporate Members, as well as enhancing and developing OppNet's corporate offerings. In her last position as Director of Development at the Boys’ Club of New York (BCNY), Lauren oversaw fundraising events, institutional engagement, and development operations, in addition to managing the organization’s boards and working closely with them to identify and secure potential corporate sponsors and partners. Her previous experience includes Director of Special Events at BCNY and before that Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, corporate, social, and nonprofit event planning and production at David Stark Design and Production, and as the Prospect and Stewardship Manager on the global development team in NYU’s University Development and Alumni Relations department.
