Nan is a Commercial Associate, Tax at IFM Investors. Previously Nan was Tax Manager in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Special Acquisition Services Group, where he focused on advising large private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions. Nan also has extensive knowledge in post-closing integration and business model optimization projects in an international tax context. Prior to joining Deloitte, Nan served four years in the United States Navy in the Pacific Fleet.
Nan holds a BBA in Accountancy from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York.
