Pamela Hynes

Senior Director of People and Culture

Pamela Hynes is a human resources leader with over a decade of experience building people strategies that foster equity, engagement, and organizational growth. Her passion lies in creating environments where individuals can thrive, feel valued, and align their work with purpose. As The Opportunity Network’s Senior Director of People and Culture, Pam partners with leadership to design and implement initiatives that strengthen OppNet’s values-driven culture, support staff development, and ensure sustainable practices across the organization. She approaches her work through a lens of fairness and inclusion, grounded in the belief that a strong organizational culture is built on trust and accountability.

In addition to her role at OppNet, Pam has served for four years as a Board Director for Fan4Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children understand fitness and nutrition, where she supports organizational growth, fundraising, and community engagement. Pam is pursuing her Executive MBA at NYU Stern, deepening her expertise in leadership and organizational strategy. An accomplished marathon and ultra-marathon runner, she draws on the same endurance and discipline from her athletic pursuits in her professional life. Pam is also an aspiring author and proud pet parent to her two dogs, Booty and Bojangles, and her cat, Kitty Beige.
