sarah@oppnet.orgSarah Joseph-Donnelly is the Chief Innovation Officer at The Opportunity Network, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on educational equity, workforce development, and innovation. She oversees OppNet’s Career Fluency® Partnerships program, a national capacity-building initiative that has supported more than 90 institutions and reached over 100,000 students through training, curriculum integration, and regional collaboration.
Sarah also leads OppNet’s emerging work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and opportunity, helping to design ethical, community-centered programs that prepare historically excluded young people for the evolving world of work.
In addition, Sarah leads OppNet’s advocacy and field-building efforts, including coalition-building, policy engagement, and cross-sector partnerships. She is a co-founder of the Coalition of Youth Development Intermediaries (CYDI), which works to strengthen and sustain New York City’s youth development ecosystem.
Sarah is known for her collaborative, equity-centered leadership style and her ability to build partnerships that turn ideas into action.
