Satory Yuen

As Development Manager on the Institutional Giving team at OppNet, Satory leads strategic efforts to secure and steward funding from a diverse portfolio of institutional donors, including six- and seven-figure grants. She is responsible for developing compelling grant proposals and impact reports, conducting in-depth research to identify new funding opportunities, and cultivating relationships with both current and prospective funders. In collaboration with the program and finance teams, Satory ensures that funding strategies are aligned with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes. Her work plays a vital role in advancing OppNet’s mission through thoughtful storytelling and data-informed fundraising.

Prior to joining OppNet, Satory served as Development and Communications Coordinator at a restorative justice organization, where she helped establish donor communication systems and supported strategic growth initiatives. She holds a B.A. in Law, Societies & Justice and Communications from the University of Washington in Seattle.
