Stefania Trelles

As Assistant Director of Learning and Development, Stefania (Stef-ah-knee-ah) is passionate about capacity building, leadership development, and fostering personal and professional growth that centers self-care practices. She approaches change through an asset-based lens, focusing on strengths, capacities, and opportunities. As a Latinx immigrant, she believes it is crucial to create platforms that make room for multiple narratives and perspectives and is inclusive of voices that have been historically excluded.
Since joining the social sector in 2011, Stefania has had the opportunity to manage several mission-driven programs and has held positions at Coro NY Leadership Center, Turnaround Arts, Cool Culture, and Leading ChangeMakers. She has an M.S. in Organizational Change Management from the New School and a B.A. in Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
